1. Introduction & Identity of the Seller

Throughout these terms, the expressions "Axe Mart", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Axe Mart. The term "Customer", "User", or "You" refers to any individual, visitor, or entity browsing or purchasing goods from our e-commerce platform.

2. User Eligibility & Account Obligations

By accessing or using AxeMart.in, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• All information provided by you (including your name, billing address, delivery address, phone number, and payment credentials) is complete, truthful, and accurate.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, passwords, and OTP verification codes.

3. Product Catalog, Accuracy & Direct Pricing

Axe Mart is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketplace that sources and inspects products directly, eliminating unnecessary middlemen markups. Prices displayed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• Marketplace Price Comparison: We may display comparative competitor prices from partner platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho) for customer transparency. These third-party prices reflect estimated market rates and are subject to marketplace fluctuations.
• Typographical Errors: In the rare event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous technical specifications, Axe Mart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect pricing before dispatch.

4. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We support a comprehensive array of payment mechanisms:

• Prepaid Payments: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Net Banking via RBI-licensed, 256-bit SSL secured payment gateways (Razorpay).
• Partial COD Terms: To confirm orders and eliminate non-deliveries, a non-refundable ₹39 advance booking fee is payable online at checkout. The remaining balance is payable at the doorstep to our delivery executive.
• Payment Integrity: Axe Mart never stores your sensitive CVV numbers, debit/credit card PINs, or UPI passwords on our servers.

5. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery

Shipping is carried out through our primary logistics partner, Shadowfax, or other reputable courier networks. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the package to your specified shipping address. Please inspect parcels upon delivery and report any transit damage immediately.

6. Axe Mart Direct Warranty & Quality Guarantee

Products displaying an "Axe Mart Direct Warranty" pill on AxeMart.in are covered by our direct replacement warranty for the specific duration designated on that product (e.g. 1 Month, 6 Months, or 1 Year). This warranty applies exclusively when products are purchased directly through AxeMart.in.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal functional failures under normal intended usage. It explicitly excludes damage caused by physical impact, water/liquid ingress, voltage surges, unauthorized modifications, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All website design, logos, brand name "Axe Mart", graphics, icons, product photography, software code, and textual content are the exclusive intellectual property of Axe Mart (trademark registration pending) or our content licensors. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, modification, or redistribution of our proprietary assets is strictly prohibited.
