1. Order Processing & Fast Dispatch
All confirmed orders placed on AxeMart.in are processed rapidly at our central fulfillment warehouse located in Warangal, Telangana. Our team performs strict quality inspections on every item prior to packaging.
- Dispatch Window: Standard orders are dispatched within 2 to 24 business hours of payment confirmation.
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are typically handed over to our courier partner the same day.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays will be dispatched on the immediate next working business day.
2. Free Shipping Threshold & Standard Rates
We provide 100% Free Shipping on all orders where the final payable cart total is ₹479 or higher. For orders below ₹479, a nominal standard shipping and handling charge of ₹49 is applied at checkout.
Shipping fees, when applicable, are displayed clearly during the checkout process before payment completion. There are zero hidden fees or unexpected charges upon parcel delivery.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & ₹39 Partial Booking Fee
To ensure that COD orders are placed with genuine purchase intent and to prevent doorstep parcel refusals, Axe Mart implements a Partial COD Verification Model:
A nominal non-refundable advance fee of ₹39 is collected online (via UPI or Card) at checkout to confirm and process your COD order. The entire remaining product balance is collected at your doorstep in cash or via digital UPI by the delivery executive.
- The ₹39 advance deposit serves as order authentication and logistical booking security.
- Prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets) incur zero partial booking charges.
- If a COD parcel is refused at the doorstep without a valid inspection or packaging defect, the ₹39 booking fee is forfeited to offset return logistics overheads.
4. Primary Courier Partner & Live Tracking
Our primary pan-India logistics partner is Shadowfax Logistics. Once your package is scanned and picked up by our courier personnel, you will automatically receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number.
You can track your package in real-time on our website or directly via the Shadowfax live tracking portal with up-to-the-minute checkpoint updates.
5. Estimated Delivery Timelines (Pan-India)
Transit times depend on your destination pin code and regional logistics connectivity:
- Telangana & South India: 2 to 4 business days.
- Major Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Regional Towns): 4 to 7 business days.
- Remote Areas & North-East / J&K: 6 to 9 business days.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners make up to 3 separate delivery attempts before marking a shipment as RTO (Return to Origin). The delivery agent will call the recipient phone number prior to arrival.
